You have already received your ticket(s) by e-mail (be sure to check your spam folder!) or you can find them via your See Tickets account.

Have your ticket ready as you approach the entrance to ensure a smooth passage. When you scan your ticket, you will receive a festival wristband, with which you can leave the site without any problems and re-enter it later.

We recommend leaving the car at home and planning your trip to the Middenvijver in a different way: come by bike, the event shuttle, on foot or by public transport! There are two free bicycle parking facilities and tram and bus stops near the entrance.

CASHLESS

Live is Live will be completely cashless. This means that you can use your bank card everywhere, including the bars and food stalls. No more queuing up for coupons or tokens! Pay with a bank or credit card, or with your payment app.

CUP SYSTEM

It's very simple: if you order a drink at the bar for the first time, you pay €1 environmental contribution for a reusable cup, bottle or can. Don't throw away your cup/bottle/can, but exchange it when you go to get a new drink. Do you want to have your hands free? Then exchange your cup/bottle/can for an ecotoken at our mobile eco team or at the bar.

Have you lost your cup/bottle/can/ecotoken? Then you pay €1 at the bar again. At the end of the day, you can hand in your cup/bottle/can to the eco team at the exit. Please note: at the special beer bar there is a different cup and deposit system. Check the terms and conditions there.

An ecotoken or cup/bottle/can can never be exchanged for money, not even at the end of the day or the festival. We ask for this contribution due to stricter environmental legislation and use it for the correct processing of the reusable cups and waste sorting.

Prepare: hydrate and apply plenty of sunscreen. We provide free sunscreen and free drinking points at the toilets. (Reusable non-metallic water bottles are allowed empty. Disposable plastic bottles are not allowed.)

Ponchos will be offered for sale in case you have forgotten your raincoat.

There’s something for everyone: good hangover food like smash burgers, sophisticated Italian cuisine, healthy snacks, ice cream to cool down, and so much more.

Our food lineup is just as impressive as the music lineup, so have a look at everything we have to offer!

Middenvijver is a beautiful green area and we would like to keep it that way. Help us keep the site tidy by recycling, returning your cup/can/bottle to the bar and using the bins.

Take care of yourself and your friends. Do you still feel unsafe on Live is Live? The Care Team (at the entrance) can help you if you need a listening ear or want to take a breather.

You can store your belongings in the lockers at the entrance. You can reserve a locker in advance here.

The lockers are available from the opening of the festival until 30 minutes after the last show of the day. Do you have more practical questions about the lockers? Please contact events@mobilelocker.eu.

Forgot your earplugs? Free earplugs are distributed on site and you can also buy them at the information stand.

The lost/found items can be picked up after the festival at the regional office Unolaan 2, 2100 Deurne. This office works by appointment only. Further information on https://www.politieantwerpen.be/.

Live is Live is not responsible for loss, theft, accidents, damage and/or actions of mother nature. By entering the premises of the venue, you automatically agree to be searched. We reserve the right to refuse entry to those who refuse to be searched.
