Lord Huron does not fantasize about lavish palaces and vast fields as its name suggests, but harbours a passion for dark Americana and wistful folk pop. Frontman Ben Schneider prefers the umheimliche woods and long nocturnal car rides, but dips the characters in his songs into light-rich melodies and envelops them with his warm comforting voice. The song 'The Night We Met' became huge thanks to the Netflix series '13 Reasons Why', but Lord Huron prefers to continue wallowing in mystery and the romantic nomadic life.
